It will allow you to uncork a bottle of champagne or cava in the easiest and quickest way.
The technique consists of sliding the sabre down the body of the bottle towards the mouth, hitting the neck and the glass breaks, separating the top part from the neck of the bottle.
It is usually used on ceremonial occasions.
