This synthetic wax, red Pantone 186U, is specially designed for manual or automatic bottle sealing.

Being flexible, it can be cut with a knife or bottle opener without breaking into pieces, and it easily peels off the glass. It is also used on paper when the wax seal is meant to remain intact during handling. It has good adhesion to paper and porous materials, low density, with a matte finish, very flexible and resistant to impact.

Working temperature range: 80º/90ºC. The thickness of the capsule will depend on the temperature at which it is processed. Once melted, stir and keep at medium/low temperature, not exceeding 135ºC.
